Old Fashioned Brownie Recipe

Old Fashioned Brownies

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup butter 
1/2 cup cocoa
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

DIRECTIONS:

Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.

Brownie Icing 

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup softened butter
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup cocoa
3 cups powdered sugar
dash salt

DIRECTIONS:

Beat all ingredients together. Frost brownies once they have cooled.
