Yogurt Milkshake

So easy, delicious and healthy. 
A great shake for kids, too!


Yogurt Milkshake


Ingredients:

1 c. vanilla yogurt (or plain, if you prefer)
1 c. orange juice
1 ripe, medium sized banana


Directions:

1. Put all ingredients into a blender.

2. Blend on high until smooth.

3. Pour into glass(es) and enjoy!
